lovely stay with great amenities
helpful staff lovely setting convenient pub
i found the staff very helpful and accommodating (always smiling!). the hotel had a lovely setting next to the rowing lake and the river nene. i appreciated the convenience of the chef and brewer pub being next door, with a larger selection of food and drinks.
the breakfast sausages could have been cooked a bit crisper.

pleasant stay
fantastic location rowing lake good breakfast
the location was fantastic. i really enjoyed the view over the rowing lake. there was also an excellent chef and brewer pub next door to the hotel. breakfast was good and filling.
the hotel booked out its entire restaurant for a function. the music went on until just after midnight, and the party goers continued to make noise up until 3 am. our room overlooked the outside area so i felt it was very loud.

Staff were friendly and helpful, addressing my needs with a positive attitude. However there were times when the reception area seemed unattended, requiring a short wait, still! they resolved all my questions.

breakfast offered a satisfactory selection with attentive refills, plus, i appreciated the view from the restaurant overlooking the lake. i did notice that the sausages lacked browning, appearing somewhat anemic, though the taste was acceptable.

my room was a twin room. it had ample space for luggage. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. i appreciate the effective climate control SYSTEM.
the gym equipment was a little outdated.

staff were helpful, especially laura. she assisted with all my questions and helped after the Forum. evelina and sara are also very collaborative and always RESPECTFUL.

i stayed for several nights and found the on-site car charging very useful. the room i had was clean and tidy, and situated on the ground floor, convenient. free parking was available, a great benefit. the staff was very helpful and cute .
i found only a slight lack of hanging space in the room, it barely sufficed for two people.
